What is CCC certification?

CCC certification, or "compulsory product certification system", is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Chinese government to protect the personal safety and national security of consumers, strengthen product quality management and comply with laws and regulations.

CCC certification data preparation

1) Please fill in the application for compulsory product certification in accordance with the applicant's business license for enterprise legal person;

2) Copy of business license of enterprise legal person of applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer;

3) Certificate of registered trademark (when there is a registered trademark);

4) Difference description of series model;

5) Factory inspection report (preliminary review and Factory review report), if the initial application, fill in factory questionnaire;

6) Apply for 4 prototypes;

7) The Chinese name of the product to be certified and the Chinese warning mark of the product;

8) General assembly drawing and electrical schematic diagram of the product;

9) Chinese user manual of the product applied for certification;

10) Appearance photos of all models in the same application form;

11) List of safety and electromagnetic compatibility related components;

12) The applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer shall provide relevant agreement certificates at the same time;

13) If the company has not done IS09001 certification, the certified product process flow chart shall also be provided.

CCC certification process

1) Certification application

According to the information provided by your company (business license, organization code certificate, product specification and model, specification), our company applies for submitting the information.

2) Type test

Assist the factory product to pass the test, and the laboratory shall issue the type test report.

3) Factory review

Assist the factory to pass the factory inspection at one time.

4) Assessment and certification

Assist the factory to obtain evidence within two working days (complete data).

5) Application for use of certification mark

Provide long-term consulting service to assist the factory to use the CCC certification mark correctly.

6) Post certification authority

I provide long-term consulting services to assist the factory to pass the annual on-site inspection.

CCC certified factory inspection

1) Generally, supervision and inspection shall be carried out at least once a year from 12 months after obtaining the certificate.

2) Procedures to be controlled in Factory review:

④ Quality record control procedure;

⑤ Supplier selection evaluation and daily management procedures;

The normal time is 5-6 weeks, which can be expedited, and there is an extra charge for expediting.
