Explosion proof certification is used to confirm that the equipment meets the requirements of explosion-proof standards, type tests and applicable routine tests, and issue relevant certificates of conformity, which can be for ex equipment or ex components.

Guide for inspection

When applying for explosion-proof certificate and test report, the manufacturer of explosion-proof electrical products shall handle and provide data and prototype according to the following procedures.

Inspection data

1. Enterprise certificate

Copy of business license of enterprise (when it is submitted for inspection for the first time), company introduction letter / power of attorney / application letter.

2. Enterprise quality assurance

According to the provisions of gb3836.1-2010, the enterprise shall provide corresponding quality assurance certificate when submitting for approval. When the enterprise has passed the ISO9001 series certification, it is enough to provide a copy of the ISO9001 series certification.

3. Technical data

The technical data submitted by the enterprise for review include enterprise standards or technical requirements, product drawings, operation instructions, etc. All technical data shall be in duplicate.

a) Enterprise standards / technical requirements

The enterprise standard / technical requirements of the product shall be prepared in the prescribed format, which shall include not only the performance requirements of the product, but also the explosion-proof related contents, such as the basic parameters, explosion-proof signs, operating environment conditions, explosion-proof performance requirements, explosion-proof performance related tests, explosion-proof related signs, etc.

b) Product drawing

When the enterprise applies for the explosion-proof certificate of intrinsically safe electrical equipment, it shall provide the general assembly drawing, circuit schematic diagram, printed circuit board drawing, silk screen drawing, material list of components and nameplate drawing, etc. When the enterprise applies for the explosion-proof certificate of non intrinsically safe electrical equipment, the technical data submitted for inspection shall include the drawings (including general assembly drawing and parts drawing) that can reflect the explosion-proof performance of the sample. When the general drawing can clearly indicate the explosion-proof parameters and structure of the product, only the general drawing can be submitted for inspection.

c) Operation manual

The instruction manual shall include the basic parameters, explosion-proof signs, product outline drawing, installation, maintenance, ordering instructions and the precautions to ensure the explosion-proof performance of the product during installation and use.

d) Other information

For the products with adhesive and pouring seal, the model name, performance description and relevant process documents of the corresponding adhesive and pouring seal agent shall be provided. For the products with plastic shell, the material and corresponding performance documents of plastic shall be provided.

4. Sample for inspection of application for explosion-proof certificate

The prototype submitted by the enterprise for inspection shall be consistent with the reviewed drawings and assembled completely, and the number of inspection units shall meet the requirements. If there are special disassembly tools, they shall be delivered together. For the pouring and sealing electrical equipment, one set of products with intact pouring and sealing and one set of products without pouring and sealing shall be sent. The transparent parts of the observation window shall be provided with another 5 pieces, at least 3 pieces. The transparencies of lamps shall be provided with 8 pieces, at least 5 pieces. 3-5 35 × 15 × 6 rubber blocks shall be provided for rubber aging test. Two pieces of 150 × 60 plastic sheet shall be provided for the insulation resistance measurement of plastic shell. If the size allows, the plastic shell can be directly measured.

5. Application method:

5.1 free application: the inspection unit shall apply by itself, prepare relevant data by itself, assist in debugging the prototype by itself, and modify the non-standard part of the data by itself. The period is relatively long and the comprehensive cost is relatively high.

5.2 agency application: agency application refers to the whole process of agency application by professional explosion-proof electrical technical service agency, in which data modification, prototype debugging and progress coordination are handed over to the agency * according to the authorization, and the progress is better guaranteed. The certificate can be obtained about 30 days after the agency agreement is signed. The disadvantage is that some agency fees need to be paid.

About the time of evidence collection:

The drawings and samples are complete and meet the requirements of the standard. There is no special complex test, generally one month.

About the cost of evidence collection

The representative model shall be considered according to the explosion-proof mark, product complexity, size, complex test items. For large complete sets of products, series of products and those not listed in the central charging standards, the contract review procedure shall be followed and determined through consultation.

change

If there is any mistake in the content of the explosion-proof certificate, it shall be changed in time. If the address of the unit is changed and the name of the original manufacturer is changed, it shall be changed with the change procedure and application letter.

Change of maturity

When the validity period of the explosion-proof certificate of the enterprise is about to expire, the enterprise shall provide an application letter for certificate renewal within three months before and after the validity period, and shall carry the following information to apply for certificate renewal again. In case of any accident, please inform our center in time. The application letter includes the product name, model, original explosion-proof grade, original explosion-proof certificate number and the description of whether the product has been changed. The enterprise shall also send the expired explosion-proof certificate and the submitted technical data to the center for reexamination, and provide the samples for reexamination.

Implementation details

These implementation rules are formulated in accordance with the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the administration of production license of industrial products (Order No. 440 of the State Council), the measures for the implementation of the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the administration of production license of industrial products (Order No. 80 of the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine), etc. These rules are applicable to the production, sale or use of explosion-proof electrical products in business activities within the territory of the people's Republic of China. No enterprise may produce explosion-proof electrical products without obtaining the production license for explosion-proof electrical products, and no unit or individual may sell or use explosion-proof electrical products without the production license in business activities.

The latest implementation rules were published on January 19, 2011 and implemented on March 1, 2011, No. xk06-014.
