What is Canadian IC certification?
IC is the abbreviation of Industry Canada of the Ministry of industry of Canada. As a government agency, IC is responsible for the certification of electronic and electrical products entering the Canadian market. Similar to the FCC of Midea, the IC currently only limits electromagnetic interference. General provisions: only mandatory EMI, the certification method is the same as FCC, self verification, conformity and certification can be used.
IC ID: CN (company number, up to 6 digits) + UPW (uniqle product number, up to 8 digits) free application, but must have address information of Canadian representative.

Its products are roughly divided into: Radio and television equipment (huak), information technology equipment (huak), radio equipment (huak), telecommunications equipment (huak), engineering and medical equipment.

Wireless products need to apply for IC (ID) wireless IC certification to make IC. If the customer does not file in IC, the time will be 5 working days longer than usual.
IC certification data preparation
1. Product manual;
2. Circuit diagram, PCB diagram.
IC certification process
1. Submit samples, application forms and relevant information;
2. Arrange tests;
3. The test does not inform the customer to rectify, and the test passes the preparation of the report to issue the certificate;
4. Get the certificate report with the balance.
